Terms and Conditions for Online Payment

Detailed instructions are given on the login page of the web payment portal regarding the procedures to follow for completed transactions and payment confirmation slips, as well as failed transactions. Please follow the instructions carefully.

• Once the “Pay” option is selected, you will be directed to payment through Net Banking or Debit/Credit Card. Choose the desired payment option and proceed.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation slip, which the student must keep for reference.
• If the payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you will see a message indicating the failure.
• If neither a success nor a failure message appears and there is a delay in response:
  • If you have not entered any card or banking details, you may restart the payment process.
  • If you have entered your Debit/Credit card or Net Banking details and received no response, check with your bank or card provider to see if your account was debited.
  • If debited, do not attempt to pay again. If not debited, retry the payment process.
• Always make a note of the transaction/reference number for Net Banking or Card payments.

Privacy Policy

The details you provide will only be used for processing your payments to the institution. All data will be kept secure and not shared or used for any other purpose.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• No cancellation is allowed after payment is made.
• In case of duplicate payments, please approach the Admin/Finance/Accounts department with proof of transaction or bank statement for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days. The respective payment gateway will return the amount to the issuing bank within 8–15 working days, subject to the policies of the issuing bank.
